The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the full accommodation. CANCELLATIONS FORFEIT THE FOLLOWING DEPOSIT AMOUNTS : 21 TO 28 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL 25% Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 15% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges. If a portion of the booking is cancelled after arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled portion will be levied. (However,in certain circumstances when /if the rooms are re-let then that 100% will be treated on a pro-rata basis). |
Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage whilst on
the premises.
Management , Staff and any other person associated with BUÇACO
SUD will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury or
illness incurred or suffered by any Guest or any other person
whilst on the premises or property. A member of Staff must be
alerted to any electrical , plumbing or maintenance faults.
